VT04 Support??

I have purchased the VT04. I too would like to see support for the VT02/VT04 Series of thermal tools. These output the same “.IS2” file format, but yet when brought into the SmartView Mobile (I emailed it to my phone from my desktop computer), it just says “No Document” even though the file is there.

Fluke, how about some support for us that cannot afford the “big guns”? Also, how about porting the desktop application to the Apple Mac side??
